Would have posted about this earlier but been hella consumed..
Not enteirely sure if i’m gonna use the extra hour for something special, but there is TONS of new music to cover so, one thing for sure, is i’ll try & leave you with enough material to listen to until next week comes around:)

Hey so, with more and more of my favorite music sites being shut down thanks to the new COICA laws which have been in place both in China and Iraq, now the U.S. is beginning to remove sites which allow sharing of various media streams….
It isn’t a matter of “if” this site will be removed.,but a matter of “when” unfortuantely 
Don’t fret tho..
I have taken steps to ensure that this series continues in the event this site gets taken down.
One measure was to place all the archives to older shows to a secure, third party site. To continue to catch the latest shows, until another website is created in place of this one, click below
Bookmark the above link to continue listening and following the show, in the event this site gets removed…
In addition, i am already working on the new site which will be ready hopefully by the time it needs to be.,which is if/when “they” finally do delete this site.
…Just trying to be prepared for the inevitable and also be able to continue bringing you great music, regardless of how the times may change;)

If passed, this law will allow the government, under the command of the media companies, to censor the internet as they see fit, like China and Iran do, with the difference that the sites they decide to censor will be completely removed from the internet and not just in the US.”

..Any bill that interferes with the infrastructure of the Internet is a bad idea. This also has a LOT to do with music and what the entertainment industry WANTS you to listen, see and be exposed to in general, sign that petition against this thing, and tell your friends to do the same.
Updates
So I was taking a stroll through the archives today and found some links to older shows which are no longer working, soon as there soptted, they’re removed from the list.. far most have been uploaded from actual cd copys so they are safe and I hope to eventually re-up a most at some point..
Still have not put up the show from a few weeks ago (Oct-03) . Buthopefully I’ll have that up with some other surprises soon..

Rapper Eyedea Passes Away At 28
St. Paul native Micheal Larsen, better known by his MC name, Eyedea, passed away this weekend at age 28. Larsen was a celebrated local hip-hop artist and served as half of Eyedea and Abilities, a hallmark act on the roster of the Minneapolis-based Rhymesayers label.
Larsen’s mother, Kathy Averill, shared the news of her son’s death via Facebook on Sunday, simply writing, “It is with great pain and sadness that I tell you my son Mikey (Eyedea) has passed away.” She also asked that friends and fans respect the family’s privacy and mentioned that a PayPal account has been set up to assist with the cost of Larsen’s funeral services (donations can be sent here).
Larsen and his bandmate, Gregory “Max” Keltgen (DJ Abilities), released By the Throat in July 2009. Marked by the addition of Larsen’s singing, the album was a perfect example of the duo’s frantic, noir take on hip hop. Keltgen’s intense beats and signature scratching complemented Larsen’s paroxysmal vocals, creating something completely unique: a rock-rap hybrid that not only worked, but seemed effortless.
Larsen had also collaborated with Carbon Carousel, Atmosphere, Sage Francis and Aesop Rock, and released solo work under the name Oliver Hart. This prolific artist will definitely be missed–musically and otherwise.
